BBQ Honey Garlic Rabbit Skewers
Sweet, savoury, and sticky with a kiss of flame. Perfect for weekend grilling or special gatherings.
Ingredients:
- 500g rabbit meat, boneless and cut into cubes
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp honey
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp fresh grated ginger
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp chili flakes (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Red and green bell peppers, cut into chunks
- Red onion, cut into wedges
Instructions:
- In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, olive oil, chili flakes, salt, and pepper.
- Add rabbit cubes and marinate for at least 2 hours, ideally overnight.
- Thread rabbit, bell peppers, and onion onto skewers.
- Grill over medium-high heat, turning occasionally, until rabbit is cooked through and caramelized (about 10-12 minutes).
- Garnish with sesame seeds and a squeeze of lime before serving.
