Mexican Rabbit Tacos with Chipotle Lime Slaw
A fiesta in every bite! Tender rabbit shredded and seasoned with smoky spices, topped with crunchy slaw.
Ingredients:
- 500g rabbit meat
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper
- Small corn tortillas
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 tsp chipotle chili powder
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
Instructions:
- Season rabbit with cumin, paprika, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Sear in a skillet until cooked through, then shred.
- Mix sour cream, lime juice, and chipotle powder. Toss with cabbage.
- Assemble tacos with rabbit and slaw. Garnish with cilantro.
