Chinese Five-Spice Rabbit Stir Fry
Quick, bold, and packed with umami. The five-spice gives it a warm, aromatic twist.
Ingredients:
- 500g rabbit, sliced thin
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp Chinese five-spice powder
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup snap peas
Instructions:
- Marinate rabbit in soy, five-spice, and sesame oil.
- Sear garlic, then rabbit in a hot wok.
- Add veggies, stir fry 5 mins.
- Serve over steamed jasmine rice.
