Indian-Inspired Rabbit Curry
Deep, rich spices and a silky tomato base make this a show-stopping centrepiece.
Ingredients:
- 1 rabbit, chopped
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp ginger paste
- 2 tsp curry powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1 can chopped tomatoes
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
Instructions:
- Sauté onion, garlic, and ginger.
- Add rabbit and brown.
- Stir in spices, tomatoes, and coconut milk.
- Simmer for 40 minutes until rabbit is tender.
- Serve with basmati rice and naan.
